ActiveCampaign: How to connect with Kommo
ActiveCampaign is a Customer Experience Automation Platform that helps businesses meaningfully connect and engage with their customers. It lets you create mail campaigns, set marketing and sales automations, generate reports and much more. Integration with Kommo allows you to subscribe your contacts to the ActiveCampaign lists in just a few clicks.

How to connect ActiveCampaign with Kommo
It’s very easy to connect your ActiveCampaign account with Kommo. To do this:
1. Head over to Settings > Integrations and select ActiveCampaign in the Marketing > Outreach section.
3. Once installed, you need to enter your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key to connect ActiveCampaign with Kommo.
You can find the keys inside your ActiveCampaign account, by going to Settings > Developer.
4. Just copy the codes and put them into the corresponding fields in the Kommo widget.
5. Finally, hit ‘Save’ and your accounts will be connected.
Note: the widget window will not change after it is installed. You can go back and start using the integration after saving the URL codes.
How to use the integration
Integration with ActiveCampaign allows you to move your Kommo contacts to ActiveCampaign easily. It can save you a lot of time and energy if you want your Kommo leads to be part of ActiveCampaign automations and email campaigns.
You can subscribe the contacts in bulk from the Lists or Leads sections, or individually inside the Lead/Contact card.
Let’s try to subscribe multiple Leads to ActiveCampaign lists. Go to the Leads section and switch to the List view.
Next, choose the leads that you want to subscribe and click more. From the dropdown menu, select ActiveCampaign.
Note: Only emails can be subscribed, so make sure that the chosen leads have an email address attached.
In the window that will appear on the right side, you will find the number of emails selected and the ‘Select list’ menu. You can choose one of your lists in ActiveCampaign or create a new list. When you create a new one, it will also appear in your ActiveCampaign account. When you’re ready, click subscribe.
All your subscribed emails will be displayed below the widget. To unsubscribe them, click x.
There is also an option to subscribe a contact right from the lead or contact card. Go to any Lead/Contact card and you can find the ‘ActiveCampaign’ widget on the right side menu.
Choose the email of the Lead/Contact that you want to subscribe, select a list or create a new one and hit subscribe. Simple as that! You can delete them in the same way by clicking the x button.
Now, you can jump to your ActiveCampaign account and find all the subscribed contacts there.
