Managing your Kommo subscription

Welcome to the Kommo community! If you're looking to understand how to manage your subscription, you've come to the right place. In the Billing section of Kommo, you can easily manage and renew your subscription, check your account plan, see the number of paid user seats, and review your account orders.

Note: Only users with administrator rights can access this section.

To find the Billing section, go to Settings > Billing.

In this article, you’ll learn about:

Trial period

New accounts start with a free 14-day trial period. During this time, you can explore all of Kommo's features without any limits on leads, contacts, companies, fields, or other functionalities. The only limit is a 10GB cap on media storage.

You can start a paid subscription at any time during or after the trial period. If you buy a subscription before the trial ends, the remaining trial days will be added to your paid subscription. Keep in mind that the trial period includes all the features of the Enterprise plan. If you choose a Base or Advanced plan, some features will no longer be available after upgrading.

Payment systems

Once you’re ready to start your paid Kommo subscription, you’ll need to decide how you’ll pay for it. In Kommo, you have a few payment options to choose from:

  1. Bexs: For users in Brazil, Bexs allows payments in Brazilian Reals (BRL).
  2. Stripe: For users outside Brazil, Stripe accepts payments in United States Dollars (USD).
  3. PayPal: PayPal is available for payments in United States Dollars (USD). Note that PayPal is not available for users in Brazil. If you need to use PayPal, you can change your country in Settings > General Settings.

For Stripe and PayPal, you can enable recurring payments. Check our article about Recurring payments for more details.

You can pay for your orders in either United States Dollars (USD) or Brazilian Reals (BRL). If you prefer to use a different currency, you can find an official Kommo partner who can handle the transaction. Find a partner here.

Creating orders and paying for subscriptions

To start your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Select a plan. You can choose from the Base, Advanced, or Enterprise plans. Not sure which plan is right for your business? Check out our plan comparison to help you decide.

  1. Select the number of user seats and choose a subscription period.

  1. Press Checkout.

  1. Select payment by card or PayPal account (for users in Brazil, payment is only available by card through Bexs).
  2. Enter payment details.

Note: If you already have an active subscription, you can only create orders to upgrade your plan, add user seats, and renew the subscription. Check our Upgrading or renewing your Kommo plan article to find out how to do it.
