Can’t seem to find your way out of your Kommo account? Here’s what you need to do:
When you open Kommo’s homepage, you can find the name of your account in the upper left hand corner. Click on your account name and press the Logout button to log out. Make sure to always log out if you are using an untrusted device, to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
The next time you want to access your account, you’ll be asked to enter your login details (email address and password).
If you want to delete your account, you will need to write to Kommo support directly from your account.
Note: Only the account owner can request to delete the account. If you've purchased the account through a partner, they cannot request to delete the account on your behalf.
