You can add both paid and free users. Paid members can move freely through your Kommo account, using any account features that you have given them access to use.

Yes. Each plan will come with a different number of credits, multiplied by the number of licenses/seats on the account. For example, on the Pro plan, each seat will grant 2250 credits, so an account with 3 seats will have 2250*3=6750 credits.
Credits are allocated based on your plan and multiplied by the number of seats on your account. For the Base plan, you get 750 credits; for the Advanced plan, 1250 credits; and for the PRO plan, 2250 credits. These credits are renewed monthly on your billing date.
No. Credits reset on your billing date month, and unused credits do not carry over.
You can either upgrade your Kommo plan, buy more seats, or purchase additional Kommo AI credit packages at any time to continue using AI features without interruption. Purchasing additional AI credits is the most cost-effective option.
