Flexible package duration

New purchase: the minimum is 3 months. If you're just getting started, you'd purchase at least 3 months upfront — for example, a Starter package for 3 months would be $29 × 3 = $87. -
Renewal: the minimum drops to 1 month. Once your package expires, you can renew for as little as a single month if that's all you need. -
Maximum duration: your package can't outlast your subscription. If your subscription renews in 4 months, you can purchase a package for up to 4 months.

Credits reset every 30 days from your subscription cycle date. Any unused credits at the end of a period expire — they don’t roll over to the next month. -
You pay upfront for the entire selected duration. For example, if you purchase a Starter package for 4 months, you pay $29 × 4 = $116 at checkout. -
The final period may be shorter than a full month if it ends on your subscription expiration date, but Kommo still grants you the full monthly credit limit for that period.
