Kommo AI pricing, credits & features: Everything you need to know

Kommo boasts a suite of artificial intelligence tools built directly into Kommo CRM. It covers three distinct areas:

Kommo Conversational AI — writing assistance, conversation summaries, and smart reply and task suggestions that help your team communicate faster and more effectively with clients.

Kommo AI agent — an autonomous virtual assistant that handles full client conversations 24/7 across all your connected channels, using your own business knowledge base.

Kommo AI Copilot — your team’s first line of support inside Kommo. It helps users get quick answers without leaving the lead profile, whether they need guidance on how to use the CRM, context from client conversations, unanswered questions that need attention, or suggestions to keep lead data accurate.

Kommo Copilot also includes AI analyst mode, which helps turn your CRM data into clear reports, tables, and charts, so your team can analyze performance and make decisions faster.

Not all AI features are available on every plan. Here's how they're distributed across Kommo's current subscription tiers.

The good news: even the Base plan includes everyday AI essentials like writing assistance, summaries, suggested replies, and task suggestions.

For teams that want to do more with AI, the Pro plan gives you the strongest setup, unlocking AI analyst, advanced Copilot support, and the full Kommo AI agent experience.

All AI features in Kommo run on a shared pool of AI credits. Credits are the usage currency across the entire suite; whenever you or your team uses an AI feature, some credits are consumed. Let’s break it down👇

Each Kommo plan comes with a monthly credit allowance, multiplied by the number of seats on your account. For example, on the Pro plan, each seat grants 2,250 credits, so an account with 3 seats would have 6,750 credits per month.

Credits renew on the same date each month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.

Different features consume credits at different rates. As a reference:

• Kommo AI agent — approximately 15 credits per reply
• Kommo AI analyst — approximately 100–200 credits per request

You can track and manage your credit consumption directly from the Billing page inside your Kommo account.

If the AI credits included with your subscription run out, you have 3 options to continue using AI features without interruption. You can either upgrade your Kommo plan, buy more seats, or purchase additional Kommo AI credit packages. We recommend paying for additional AI credits as this is the most cost-effective option.

As part of Kommo AI pricing, three paid Kommo AI credit packages are available. They are purchased on top of your subscription and add to the credits provided with your plan. The prices, credit amounts, and all other logic remain the same as before.

Kommo AI credit packages aren't sold on a fixed monthly basis; you choose how many months you want to commit to upfront and pay for them all at once.

• New purchase: the minimum is 3 months. If you're just getting started, you'd purchase at least 3 months upfront — for example, a Starter package for 3 months would be $29 × 3 = $87.
• Renewal: the minimum drops to 1 month. Once your package expires, you can renew for as little as a single month if that's all you need.
• Maximum duration: your package can't outlast your subscription. If your subscription renews in 4 months, you can purchase a package for up to 4 months.

This means you're no longer locked into fixed timeframes; you decide what works best for your business.

A few things worth knowing about how they work 👇

• Credits reset every 30 days from your subscription cycle date. Any unused credits at the end of a period expire — they don’t roll over to the next month.
• You pay upfront for the entire selected duration. For example, if you purchase a Starter package for 4 months, you pay $29 × 4 = $116 at checkout.
• The final period may be shorter than a full month if it ends on your subscription expiration date, but Kommo still grants you the full monthly credit limit for that period.

You can upgrade from a lower to a higher package at any time. The cost is calculated as the price difference between packages multiplied by the number of remaining months:

For example, upgrading from Starter to Growth with 6 months remaining: (99 − 29) × 6 = $420.

When you upgrade, the new credit limit applies immediately. Any credits already consumed during the current period are preserved; the counter doesn't reset on upgrade.

If your business churns through more conversations than the Scale package covers, there's an option to purchase additional credits on top of it. This is exclusive to Scale package users.

You can add up to 400,000 extra credits per month, purchased in increments of 5,000, using a built-in calculator in the Billing section. Additional credits are purchased for the full duration of the package. The total cost is calculated as:
