Cloudtalk is an integration that allows you to keep in touch with customers inside Kommo. It logs all your phone conversations and the information about them is stored inside the lead cards.
Combine Kommo and Cloudtalk to get more benefits from communicating with customers and keep all call data in one place. Play recorded calls directly from the cards and do not lose any important information.
When you connect Cloudtalk with Kommo, you can:
- Run your calls from anywhere in the world.
- Manage orders or sales processes – make your conversations more productive.
- Log your calls right inside the lead card.
- Get new incoming leads in your pipeline after a new incoming call.
To make calls, just click on the number in the Lead card or Lists and you will be automatically directed to the Cloudtalk app.
The Cloudtalk integration is developed by the Kommo team. Installation is simple, go to Settings > Integrations and select Cloudtalk. Install the widget and enter your Cloudtalk account details to connect.
