There is now a new Enterprise plan, but it is different from the old one. This new plan is a higher-tier option made for companies that need custom features, pricing, or dedicated support.

How Kommo AI credits work

All AI features in Kommo — from the AI writing assistance to the AI agent — run on a shared pool of credits. Each time you use an AI tool, it draws from your credit pool, with different features using different amounts.

How many AI credits does each Kommo plan include?

Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance multiplied by the number of seats on the account. For example, on the Pro plan, each seat grants 2,250 credits — so a 3-seat account gets 6,750 credits per month.

Credits renew on the same date every month. Unused credits do not carry over.

📍Note: Different features use credits at different rates. For example, the Kommo AI agent uses around 15 credits per reply, while Kommo AI analyst uses around 100–200 credits per request.

How do I monitor my AI credit usage in Kommo?

How do I get more credits?

If your team needs more AI capacity than your plan provides, you can purchase a Kommo AI credit package on top of your subscription.

What are the Kommo AI credit package options?

When your plan's monthly credits aren't enough, Kommo AI credit packages let you add more. There are three paid options, each with a different credit limit to match your team's usage volume.

💡 Pro plan perk: Pro users get the add-on Starter AI credit package at $10/month instead of $29/month

Packages are purchased upfront for a chosen number of months:

  • New purchase: the minimum is 3 months. If you're just getting started, you'd purchase at least 3 months upfront — for example, a Starter package for 3 months would be $29 × 3 = $87.
  • Renewal: the minimum drops to 1 month. Once your package expires, you can renew for as little as a single month if that's all you need.
  • Maximum duration: your package can't outlast your subscription. If your subscription renews in 4 months, you can purchase a package for up to 4 months.

Unused credits from paid packages do not roll over at the end of each monthly period.
