Let’s use our Kommo example. 🤘

To get things started:

1. Go to your Kommo account > Communication tools > Create a new bot
2. From the templates below, select Auto-close conversations that were left open 5 days or more
3. Rename your template to be able to locate it later on and Save it without making any further changes.

1. In the Execution condition window, you will see a pre-selected trigger set to 120h after the last message is received in any channel. If needed, the time-frame and the channel can be modified.

1. Click Done and start enjoying your clean and organized chat logs. 😌
