What is Lazada?
Lazada is a major e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia that helps sellers connect with customers across six countries. The Lazada + Kommo integration allows you to manage these interactions directly in your CRM, organize your messages, sync product data, and follow up on orders automatically.

-
In Kommo, go to Settings > Integrations and search for “Lazada”.

After connecting, a “Go to Lazada pipeline” button will appear in the widget. It opens a dedicated pipeline named after your Lazada store with custom stages that automatically update based on order status.

Product sync and management
Products created or edited in Lazada are automatically listed under Lists > Products in Kommo.
- Each product card displays the Lazada product ID and all relevant fields.
- Changes made in Lazada (e.g., price updates) are reflected in Kommo.
- To improve visibility in Lazada, try to fill as many fields as possible — a higher content score helps product visibility.
