Manage bookings in Kommo
Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or 14-day trial). Admin access in Kommo.
Only users with the Admin role can set availability and add booking types. Notifications to leads can be sent only via Salesbot.
Manage bookings in different views

Board: Shows bookings progress by stages (Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, Next week). You can move bookings between stages using drag and drop. -
List: Displays all bookings and their details in one place and allows you to edit them in bulk (mark as complete, reschedule, cancel, or delete). -
Calendar: Provides a clear overview of your availability.
Create a booking

Open Calendar. → Click + New event.

In the event modal, select Booking.

Enter the lead’s name. If the lead already exists, it will be suggested automatically.
Choose the booking type by clicking it and selecting one from the dropdown.

Click Select day and time of the booking. → Select the time slot.

Click Save.
Reschedule a booking

Open Calendar. Click the booking you want to reschedule. The lead card will open.
Click the booking.

Click the date and time field.

Select the new date and time for the booking. → Click Save.
Cancel a booking

Open Calendar. Click the booking you want to cancel. The lead card will open.
Click the booking.

Click Delete.
Confirm deletion.
