Kommo accepts payments via different payment methods depending on your region: in Brazil — credit card or Pix; in other countries — card or PayPal.
When you make your first purchase, auto-renewals are enabled by default for all payment methods except Pix, and your payment details are linked to your workspace. For example, if you pay with PayPal, your PayPal account will be saved and used for future charges such as auto-renewals, plan upgrades, or additional seats.
You can turn off auto-renewals, switch payment methods, or update your payment details at any time. This step-by-step guide explains how to manage your payment methods in Kommo.

Change your payment method or details
If you have an active Kommo subscription with auto-renewal payments enabled and want to switch to a different payment method (for example, from PayPal to a card) or update your payment details (for example, use a different card), you’ll need to disable auto-renewals and create a new order.
Once the new order is paid, the new payment details will be linked to your workspace.
To disable auto-renewals, follow the steps below:

Go to Settings → Billing, click Turn off auto-renewal, and follow the steps to complete the process.

Create a new order as shown in this article.

Go to Order history, find the pending order and click Pay now.
- Enter payment details and complete the payment.
The new payment details will be saved in Kommo and used for future subscription renewals, upgrades and added seats.
Note: You can’t complete a pending order with a different payment method. For example, if you created an order with card payment selected, you won’t be able to switch it to PayPal later. Once selected, the payment method is locked, and you can only update payment details within it. To use another method, you’ll have to disable auto-renewals (if enabled) and create a new order as shown here.
Verify your new payment method
Make sure your payment was successful and your payment method is set up correctly.

Latest invoice appears as Paid in Billing → Order history.

In Billing → My plan, your Kommo plan shows as Active, and your payment method and details are correct.
Note: If you pay via Pix, auto-renewals won’t be enabled, and your payment details won’t be saved in Kommo.
