• Go to your Kommo account > Communication tools > Create a new bot.

• To trigger the chatbot using DM and comment keywords delete the first step (Pause) of the template.
• Set your Condition to If Client message Contains: Manual input to:

1. Delivered
2. Deliver
3. delivered
4. deliver

• Add a Message and connect your Conditions to ensure the same response from your chatbot.
• To do that, Add the next step > Go to another step > Select the number of the step with your message.
