Manage appointments in Kommo
Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or 14-day trial). Admin access in Kommo.
Only users with the Admin role can set up schedule and appointment types. Notifications to leads can be sent only via Salesbot.
View appointments in different formats

Board: Shows appointment progress by stages (Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, Next week). You can move appointments between stages using drag and drop. -
List: Displays all appointments and their details in one place and allows you to edit them in bulk (mark as complete, reschedule, cancel, or delete). -
Calendar: Provides a clear overview of appointment timing and availability.
Create appointments

Open Calendar. → Click + New event.

In the event modal, select Appointment.

Enter the lead’s name. If the lead already exists, it will be suggested automatically.
Choose the appointment type by clicking it and selecting one from the dropdown.

Click Select day and time of the appointment. → Select the time slot.

Click Set.
Reschedule appointments

Open Calendar. Click the appointment you want to reschedule. The lead card will open.

Click three dots (...) → Edit.

Click the date and time field.

Select the new date and time for the appointment. → Click Save.
Cancel appointments

Open Calendar. Click the appointment you want to cancel. The lead card will open.

Click three dots (...) → Delete.

Confirm the cancellation by selecting Delete.
