Appointment scheduling overview

What you’ll need:

  • Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or 14-day trial).
  • Admin access in Kommo.

Keep in mind:

  • You can set one schedule for the entire team. Individual working hours for users are not available.
  • You can use Kommo’s built-in notifications to send appointment confirmations and reminders to the responsible users.
  • To send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients, you need to set up Salesbot.
  • To automate appointment scheduling with the AI agent, you need an active AI agent package. It is available with an active 14-day trial, and as a paid add-on on Base, Advanced, Pro, and Enterprise plans (after the trial). Learn more about the AI agent packages and how to purchase them.

Appointment scheduling is Kommo’s built-in appointment management tool that lets you set availability, create and manage appointments, prevent conflicts, and automate reminders — all directly from your workspace.

Work hours

You can set your availability for appointments, including:

  • Work hours
  • Days off and holidays
  • Break times

Kommo prevents appointments from being booked during unavailable times. It also ensures that scheduled appointments do not overlap.

In addition, Kommo blacks out non-working hours in your calendar, making it easier to see your schedule at a glance.

Appointments

You can add multiple appointment types, each with its own:

  • Duration
  • Buffer time between appointments
  • Assigned user

Kommo’s built-in notifications let responsable know when a new appointment is booked and send reminders before it starts.
