To use WhatsApp Flows in Kommo, the first step is to have an active Kommo account and a verified Facebook business account.
Once you have installed Kommo’s WhatsApp business integration, simply follow these steps in the Kommo interface: 👇

When you click on WhatsApp in the left menu, the WhatsApp Business integration widget opens, and then click on Templates > Add a new template.
📍WhatsApp Flows function as a template; therefore, to use them, they must be submitted and approved by Meta.

Name your template and choose WhatsApp as your template type. Next, change the category to either Marketing or Utility, and then choose Flows as your message type.

After choosing Flows, the template modal appears, and you click Create flow to get started.

Kommo offers available presets that give a template for your flow creation. But if you want to create something more personal, you can start from scratch with a custom form.

💡NOTE: Selecting a preset will automatically add a preconfigured set of fields to the Flow. You are free to customize, delete, or add more elements manually.

Click Create when you select your preset or custom form. Next, you can add up to 8 screens in your flow. When you have finished configuring your flow, click Save.
- Before saving the draft or sending the template to Meta for approval, remember to fill in the Body and Button fields.
