The final feature is Suggested Replies. The Suggested Replies are based on the customer's most recent questions and answer them using your business's knowledge base.

4. Sentiment Analysis
Kommo’s Sentiment Analysis feature helps you stay on top of critical conversations by detecting negative emotions in client messages.
When a negative message is identified, a label appears in both the chat and feed, allowing you to quickly prioritize and respond to issues that need urgent attention.
Even if the customer later sends a positive message or the chat is closed, the label remains. To remove it, simply click the emoji icon in the chat and select delete sentiment.
