What you’ll need:

  • Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial).
  • A Yay! Forms account.

Keep in mind:

  • You must have at least one tag created in Kommo to add tags to your responses.
  • The form must have at least one selection-type question and there must have at least one tag created in Kommo to use the Assign tags to choice-based questions feature.

What is Yay! Forms?

Yay! Forms is an AI-powered platform for creating online forms, surveys, and quizzes that turn user responses into actionable insights. Integrating Yay! Forms with Kommo is a practical way to automate sending information collected from your forms directly into your sales pipeline Kommo.

Use cases

  • Automatic lead capture – when someone submits a form in Yay! Forms → a new lead is instantly created in Kommo with no manual work.
  • Field-map lead details – you can map form fields to Kommo fields → leads are pre-populated with accurate info (email, phone, company, role, etc.).
  • Smart lead tagging, segmentation, and routing – based on multiple-choice or dropdown answers, leads are automatically tagged and segmented (for example, “interested in pricing” or “demo request”), then routed to the right pipeline, stage, for faster follow-up and better organization.
  • Import past responses – you can send previously collected form responses into Kommo — migrating old data so nothing gets lost.
  • Use various form types – from contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, demo requests to event registrations — any form type can feed into Kommo, turning responses into structured CRM entries.
