Bling is a cloud-based ERP system designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Brazil. It helps you manage products, stock, invoices, and deliveries while integrating with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Livre, Pix, boleto, Melhor Envio, and Bling Conta Digital.
By integrating Bling with Kommo, you can bring your sales and inventory management together. Import your product catalog, create and track orders, and keep everything — from leads to invoices — organized inside your CRM.
How to connect Bling to Kommo
Before you start, make sure you already have a Bling account. In Kommo:
-
Go to Settings → Integration marketplace and search for Bling.
-
Open the widget, then click + Install.
-
In the Settings tab, you’ll see the steps you need to follow to install Bling:
Step 1 of 4:
First, you’ll need to create an app in your Bling account. Click the Bling link.
You’ll be redirected to Bling. There, click Criar aplicativo → choose Privado → click Próximo.
Step 2 of 4:
Fill out the app details:
-
In Nome, add a name (for example: test).
-
In Categoria, type CRM.
-
In Descrição curta, add a short description.
Next, paste the redirect link from Kommo into Link de redirecionamento in Bling.
Under Lista de escopos, add the scopes shown in the integration widget.
Click Salvar dados básicos.
Step 3 of 4:
In Bling’s left menu, go to Webhooks → Configuração de servidores. Create two new aliases named Products and Orders, then paste the URLs from the integration widget into those fields.
Scroll down to Configuração de webhooks and turn on the Webhook ativo toggle for both Produtos and Pedidos de Vendas.
Step 4 of 4:
In Bling’s left menu, open Informações do app. Then, copy your Client ID and Client Secret into the fields in Kommo’s integration modal.
-
A pop-up will appear asking for permission to connect. Click Autorizar to allow the connection.
-
You’ll be redirected back to Kommo, where your Bling account will appear as connected.
Done! Your Bling integration is now connected and ready to set up.
How to set up Bling in Kommo
Once connected, you’ll need to match your fields and add Bling items to your lead cards.
Match fields
Matching fields ensures that your Kommo data transfers correctly to Bling when creating an order.
Note: The integration doesn’t create custom fields automatically — you’ll need to create them yourself in Kommo before matching.
-
In the integration window, click Match fields.
- Choose the Kommo fields (for Leads and Contacts) that should be sent to Bling.
Make sure to match all required fields before saving; otherwise, you’ll see an error message.
Add Bling items to the lead card
Add a Bling items tab to your lead card to view and manage products directly in Kommo.
-
Open any lead and click Setup (or ... if multiple tabs exist).
-
Click + to create a new tab.
-
In the Add group field, select Lists → Bling items.
-
Name the tab (for example, Bling items) and click Add.
Now your Bling items tab is ready — you can view, add, and manage Bling products directly inside Kommo.
Note: In the Bling Items tab, you can add or delete products — this tab can be renamed as you prefer. The Bling tab is used to create orders with the products you’ve added in the Bling Items tab.
How to use Bling
Once setup is complete, you can start importing products, creating orders, and automating your workflow.

-
Allocated (Venda agenciada): The order was sent to the warehouse and is waiting to be processed or shipped.
