Log out of Kommo

Kommo has a new left menu. Some images in this article may look different from what you see in your account. We’ll update them soon.

Requirements:

  • Available in Base, Advanced, and Enterprise plans or a 14-day trial.
  • A logged in Kommo account.

Limitations:

  • Once signed out, the next time you want to access your account, you’ll be asked to enter your login details (email address and password).
  • If two-factor authentication is enabled, a code sent to your email will also be necessary the next time you access your Kommo account.

Make sure to always log out if you are using an untrusted device, to prevent unauthorized access to your account. There’s three ways you can log out of your Kommo account:

  • Logging out from Kommo’s homepage
  • Logging out from within the platform
  • Logging out from the mobile app

Logging out from Kommo’s homepage

When you open Kommo’s homepage, you can find the Go to account buttons right on the center of the page, or in the top-right corner.

By clicking the Go to account button, your account access page will open. In it, you can see a list with all the Kommo accounts you have access to as a user with a seat, and a Log out button on the left. Click it to log out of your Kommo account.

Have in mind that the next time you want to access your account, you’ll be asked to enter your login details (email address and password) and, if you have the two-factor authentication enabled, a code sent to your email. Learn more about two-factor authentication in this article.

Note: Logging out does not affect your seat or permission to access a Kommo account as a user. After logging in again, accounts you are a user of will still be listed in the Go to account page.

Logging out from within the platform

The second way you can log out is when you are already inside Kommo:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top of the left-side menu.
  2. Then proceed to press the Logout button.

Logging out of the app

To log out of the Kommo mobile app:

  1. Go to the More section in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Then access your app Settings by tapping the cog icon in the right-top corner.

  1. Navigate to the end of the Settings and tap the Logout button.

Note: Only the account owner can request to delete the account. If you've purchased the account through a partner, they cannot request to delete the account on your behalf.
