Get started with Wizard for content creators

Requirements:

  • Available in Base, Advanced, and Enterprise plans or an active 14-day trial.
  • Only accessible to admin users of accounts that either selected Content creator during onboarding or signed up through a dedicated Instagram landing page.

Limitations:

  • If you're not an admin, the Wizard tab in the Help Center will be replaced with the Quick start checklist instead.
  • If you signed up through a different landing page or didn’t select Content creator during onboarding, you’ll see the Quick start checklist instead.

What is the Wizard in Kommo?

Wizard is your workflow assistant in Kommo, designed to simplify your daily tasks and let you focus on creating great content.

It guides you through ready-made automations tailored for content creators, with step-by-step instructions to help you get set up quickly.

There are six workflows you can configure with Wizard.

  1. Connect channels to my inbox: Set up Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp to Kommo so you can chat with leads directly from your inbox.
  2. Share promo codes for story mentions: Send a promo code to anyone who mentions your account in their Instagram story.
  3. React to story mentions with a heart and message: Send an automatic reply and ❤️ when someone mentions your account in a story.
  4. Greet leads with a custom message: Welcome every new lead whenever they contact you via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
  5. Share exclusive rewards with followers: Deliver special offers when someone comments specific keywords under your posts.
  6. Send promo codes based on keywords in comments: Automatically reply with promo codes when someone comments a specific keyword on your post.

Once you’ve set up one or more workflows, they’ll start running automatically in the background. This means that, for example, you won’t need to manually reply to every story mention or send promo codes one by one. Instead, you can save time on routine tasks and focus more on creating content or managing your audience.

Setting up a Wizard workflow

To set up this or any of the workflows, simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided for each one. Let’s walk through an example using the Send promo codes based on keywords in comments workflow:

  1. Connect the integration by clicking Install.

  1. A chatbot flow will open. The flow is set to automatically send out messages with promo codes to certain leads. Adjust the flow according to your needs:

Open the Help center in Kommo. Click View first steps:

You can return to Wizard at any time by following the same steps.
