Analyst mode for Copilot overview
Analyst mode license assigned and enabled for your seat.
Analyst mode isn’t enabled for the entire account and works per assigned user (seat). Answers are based on all data in your account and aren’t limited by individual user permissions. For this reason, make sure it’s assigned only to team members who need full access to account data.
Use cases
-
Review sales results over time: Ask how many leads were won or lost during a specific period, such as today, this month, last quarter, or across multiple periods to compare performance. For example: “How many leads were won this month?”, “How many leads were lost last month?”, “How did the number of won leads change from last quarter to this quarter?” -
Track lead volume: Check how many new leads were created during a given time frame and compare activity between weeks, months, or quarters. For example: “How many new leads were created today?”, “How does this week’s lead volume compare to the previous week?” -
Spot stalled or risky items: Identify leads that have stayed in the same pipeline stage for several days or haven’t been updated recently, which may require attention. For example: “Show leads that have stayed in the same pipeline stage for more than 7 days”, “Show risky leads with no stage changes in the last 10 days”. -
Understand pipeline movement: See how many leads are currently in a specific stage and understand how they move through the pipeline over time. For example: “When did the leads won this week come in?”, “How many high-budget leads are sitting in the Discussions stage?” -
Work with values and budgets: Ask about average lead values, compare budgets for won leads, or focus on higher-value opportunities in a specific stage. For example: “What’s the average budget for won leads this month?”, “How many leads with a budget above 3000 are in the Discussions stage?” -
Explore data with follow-up questions: Continue the conversation by narrowing results, adding conditions, or looking at the same data from a different angle without starting over. For example: “Build a chart or export the data as a spreadsheet”, “Compare the same data across periods”, or “Add filters like pipeline stage or budget”.
