Test Pro plan features

The following Pro features can be tested during the trial on Base, Advanced, and legacy plans:

• Super fields pack: Use advanced fields like formulas, catalogs, and global currencies.
• Field permissions and visibility: Customize who can view specific fields.
• ROI analytics: Measure and analyze return on investment.
• Booking page: Share an online booking page where clients can choose a time and book meetings themselves.
• Ad tools: Show targeted ads to your leads based on their pipeline stage using TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platform integrations.
• Meta CAPI trigger: Share events like ad interactions and purchases with Meta to improve your ads. Connect activity across Facebook and Instagram to reach people more likely to convert.
• Segments for ad campaigns: Organize your clients into groups to reach them in your campaigns.
• Easy invoicing with Bling: Simplify invoicing directly within Kommo.
• Add-on trigger pack: Extend automation with additional trigger actions.
• Search in lead profiles: Easily search through lead profiles for better management.
• Lead scoring: Assess lead quality and prioritize based on readiness.
• Activity limits: Set limits on user activity for better control.

AI tools included:

• AI agent voice messages: Turn client voice messages into text and reply automatically with AI.
• AI agent booking: Let AI schedule meetings automatically based on your availability.
• Analyst mode for Copilot: Use AI to analyze your leads and identify what drives wins and losses.

Some Pro features may appear in the interface on Base and Advanced plans, even though they are not included in your current subscription. These features display a Try 14 days for free or Upgrade to Pro button.

To access and use these features, start a Pro features trial or upgrade to the Pro plan.

Eligible workspaces can activate a free 14-day Pro features trial to temporarily unlock supported Pro tools.

The trial is available only if your workspace:

• Has an active Base or Advanced plan;
• Has not used the Pro features trial before.

To start the trial, open Home > Click Try free:

Once the trial ends:

• Pro features become unavailable again;
• Your settings, automations, and data remain saved;
• Opening a Pro-only feature will prompt you to upgrade.

This means you can safely explore and configure Pro tools during the trial without losing your work afterward.
