How to connect WhatsApp Business🔌

Connecting a new number

Your number must:

  • Include a country and area code
  • Receive voice calls or SMS
  • Not be linked to another WhatsApp account

Steps:

  1. In your left menu, go to WhatsApp Business
  2. Click Connect to open the widget
  3. Accept the privacy policy and click Install
  4. Choose to connect your own number or buy a new one
  5. Sign in with Facebook and connect a business account
  6. Enter and verify your phone number
  7. Complete the setup in Kommo

Connecting the WhatsApp Business app

Already using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone? You can keep using it while syncing your chats in Kommo.

Steps:

  1. In your left menu, go to WhatsApp Business
  2. Click Connect to open the widget
  3. Accept the privacy policy and click Install
  4. Select Link WhatsApp number > WhatsApp Business app
  5. Sign in with Facebook and connect your business account
  6. Enter your number and verify it
  7. Open WhatsApp Business on your phone and scan the QR code
  8. Finish setup in Kommo

  • A paid Kommo account (Base, Advanced, or Enterprise plan) or a free trial within the first 14 days.
  • A dedicated phone number that can receive calls or SMS
