How to connect Yay! Forms to Kommo
What you’ll need:
- Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial).
- A Yay! Forms account.
Keep in mind:
- You must have at least one tag created in Kommo to add tags to your responses.

The form must have at least one selection-type question and there must have at least one tag created in Kommo to use the Assign tags to choice-based questions feature.
Important: The connection process is made via Yay! Forms website. There is no need to install the integration in the Kommo marketplace.
To connect your Yay! Forms form with Kommo:

In your Yay! Forms account, open a form and go to the Integrate tab.

Go to the Integrate tab and find the Kommo integration. Click Configure.

Click on Connect your Kommo account... and select the account you want to integrate.

After that, select the pipeline and status (pipeline stage) to which you want to send the form data.
After connecting your account, you can enable the Run on Previous Responses. When activated, all responses already recorded up to that point will be sent to Kommo, not just the new ones.
- Now map the fields from your form to the Kommo fields that will be filled in the lead profile.

Besides leads, you can also add contacts or companies to Kommo Lists from forms replies. To create a contact, click on the Check to associate a contact box and map the fields that will be matched to the contact in your list in Kommo.
To create a company, click on the Check to associate a company box and map the fields that will be matched to the company in your List in Kommo.

To add tags to submitted form replies, click Add tags to your response and select a tag.
You can also automatically assign tags based on selections made in multiple choice fields, by clicking Assign tags to choice-based questions and mapping each selection to a tag in Kommo. This tag will be added to leads, contacts and companies that select the answer option you set.
Note: To use this feature, you must have at least one tag added in Kommo and at least one field in your form with multiple choice options.
Then click Save integration to set it up. Once you do, forms replies will appear as new leads in Kommo.
By clicking the lead card, you can check details and accept or decline them.
