What is the TikTok Ads Manager integration
This integration allows you to collect leads from TikTok Instant Forms directly into Kommo. Once connected, form submissions automatically create leads in your pipeline, and you can contact them using their submitted data. Soon, you’ll also be able to manage your TikTok ad campaigns from Kommo.

Connect TikTok Ads Manager to Kommo
Before you connect TikTok to Kommo, it’s important to understand the difference between two types of TikTok accounts. They sound similar, but they serve different purposes:
- TikTok Business account
This is a regular TikTok account upgraded to a business profile. It lets you post content, run ads directly from the app, and chat with leads—your day-to-day TikTok presence.
- TikTok for Business account (TikTok Ads account)
This account is for running ads, managing TikTok Ads Manager, and handling Instant Forms. It’s your advertising dashboard—where all your TikTok ads are managed.
To integrate TikTok Ads Manager with Kommo, you need a TikTok for Business account (the Ads one). If you only have a regular TikTok account, you can easily upgrade it to a TikTok Business account and then connect it to TikTok for Business. Here is how:

Go to the TikTok Ads login page and click Log in with TikTok.
- Log in with your regular TikTok account and complete the CAPTCHA.

TikTok for Business will ask for permission to access your account. Click Continue.

Choose to create a new TikTok for Business account or link your account to an existing one.
Once your accounts are linked, you can connect TikTok Ads Manager in Kommo:

In Kommo, go to Settings > Integrations > TikTok Ads Manager and click Install.

Click Continue with TikTok.

Log in with your TikTok for Business account. You can also use a regular TikTok account, but it must already be linked to a TikTok for Business account.

Grant permissions and click Confirm.
Done! Your TikTok for Business username will now appear in the integration widget.
Create a TikTok Instant Form
Instant Forms are a way for businesses to collect information from TikTok users quickly and easily, without them needing to leave the app. Here’s how it works:
- TikTok users see an ad with a form.
- They click on the ad, and the form opens right there on TikTok.
- Users fill out the form, like entering their name, email, or phone number.
- The info is sent directly to the business so they can follow up with leads.
Instant Forms make it simple for businesses to gather customer details without extra steps, making it faster for users to interact with ads and easier for businesses to capture leads.
Important: Make sure you follow TikTok’s lead generation ad guidelines.
To use TikTok Ads Manager in Kommo, you need at least one TikTok Instant Form in your TikTok for Business account. Here’s how to create them:

Go to the TikTok Ads Manager and log in with your TikTok for Business account.

Click Tools in the top corner, then select Leads.

In the left menu, click Instant Form, then Create.
- Choose how to create your form:
a. Use a template
b. Generate with AI
c. Create from scratch

If creating from scratch, select the layout: Form or Card.

Add a banner, introduction, questions, and privacypolicy to your blank form. Click the down arrows to edit each section and preview your form on the right side of the screen.

In the Questions section, you can select Custom questions and Personal information.

When clicking + Add custom question, you can select the type of question you want to add:
a. short answer
b. multiple choice
c. business locator
d. appointment scheduling
e. image question
f. conditional answer.
Each type is a template and has different details that can be added to the question. For example: with the appointment scheduling question, you can inform the customer the available dates and times, and also add a confirmation message for the lead.

Click + Add personal information to choose what details to collect, like phone number, email, or address. These fields cannot be customized.

In the Privacy section, be sure to fill out your Privacy Policy information.

Set up your Final Page and click Complete.
Done! You’ve created a TikTok Instant Form.
Note: Make sure your Final Page and website are set up correctly, as this is what clients will see after submission.
Set up your TikTok Ads Manager
Once your TikTok Instant Form is ready, you can link it to Kommo to capture leads. Follow these steps:

In Kommo, go to the integration widget and click Manage in the TikTok Instant Forms box.

Select the TikTok for Business account where your form is located, then choose the form you want to add. Click Next.
- Map the TikTok form fields to Kommo fields so lead information will populate correctly in Kommo.

In Form settings, you can automatically tag leads and assign them to a specific pipeline stage. Click Save.
And all set! The TikTok Instant Form was added to the Kommo integration. Now, you can manage, edit and delete them in the forms list.
Note: From within the integration, you can only add forms to the list, remove them from the list, and edit field mappings. To make changes to the forms, you need to go to the TikTok for Business website, where you can create forms and change their names.
Test the integration
Now that you have created and connected a form, let’s test the integration and see how you can capture leads with Instant Forms.

Go to your TikTok Ads page, select Instant Forms, and find the form you want to test.

Click the beaker button, or hover over the form and click the image.
- When clicking the image, check how the form appears. You can scan the QR code or use the URL to open it.
Note: You must be logged in to your Tiktok for Business account in your device to test out the form.

Fill out the form and click Submit.

The lead data will be sent to TikTok Lead Management.

A lead will automatically appear in Kommo, in the pipeline and with the tags you set, and you can use the data collected to contact them. Remember to accept the lead.
Now, you will be able to better manage your TikTok Instant Forms leads by capturing them directly to Kommo — enriching your marketing campaigns control and range.
Tips & troubleshooting
- Ensure the form fields are correctly mapped.
- Confirm your regular TikTok and TikTok for Business accounts are linked.
- If the integration disconnects, reauthorize it by logging in again.
