Connect RD Station to Kommo

November 5, 2025

Requirements:

  • Available in all Kommo plans or an active 14-day trial.
  • A valid RD Station Marketing account. If you don’t have one, create a free trial account.

Limitations:

  • Landing Page requests become Incoming Leads in Kommo automatically.
  • New leads will only appear in the main pipeline.
  • Moving RD Station leads to other stages in Kommo updates their status in RD Station as well.

By integrating RD Station with Kommo, you connect your marketing and sales teams. Leads from RD Station landing pages are automatically added to Kommo, so reps can follow up instantly. As leads move through stages in Kommo, their status updates in RD Station, keeping both platforms synced and helping your team track performance, measure ROI, and convert more leads.

Use cases

  • Send webinar registrations directly to your sales team: Leads from RD Station landing pages appear instantly in Kommo, so your team can follow up before or after the event — no manual imports.
  • Qualify leads from gated content offers: People who download your eBook or guide show up as Incoming Leads in Kommo. Use tags or automations to qualify them automatically.
  • Trigger automations from lead magnets: Set Kommo to send a welcome message or assign a task when new RD Station leads arrive — for example, instantly route free consultation requests to a sales rep.
  • Track the outcome of your campaigns: When you mark a lead as Closed-Won or Closed-Lost in Kommo, the status updates in RD Station, helping your marketing team see which campaigns drive real sales.

How to connect Kommo and RD Station

  1. In Kommo, go to Settings → Integration markeplace → search for RD Station.

  1. Click Install.

  1. Log in to your RD Station account and click Sign in.

That’s it — the integration is ready to go!

How to use RD Station integration

First, you have to create a landing page for your business. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. From your RD Station homepage, select Landing Pages.

  1. Click Create Landing Page to make a new one.

  1. Choose a design template.

  1. Name your landing page and add a domain to start editing.

  1. In the editor, update the text, add components from the left menu, and click Save and Continue when done.

  1. In Settings, you can add a redirect page, auto email, or thank-you message. Click Save and Continue again to finish setup.

You’ll now see a link to your landing page — you can copy or share it across channels. Once your landing page is live and someone submits a form:

  • A Lead is created in RD Station and an Incoming Lead appears in Kommo.

  • You can move the lead to another stage or delete it if it’s not a fit.

When you update the lead’s stage in Kommo:

  • Moving it to Closed-Won → The lead moves to the Client stage in RD Station and gets the Opportunity tag.

Note: The Opportunity tag marks a lead as successfully converted — meaning a sale was completed. It helps your marketing team track which campaigns generated real customers and measure their effectiveness.

  • Moving it to Closed-Lost → The lead remains as a Lead in RD Station and if the Opportunity tag was added before, it’ll be removed.
