Connect Pluga to Kommo

  • Available in Base, Advanced, and Enterprise plans or an active 14-day trial.
  • A Pluga account (free plan available).
  • At least one other app (e.g., Trello, Google Sheets, Asana) to integrate with Kommo.

Limitations:

  • The free Pluga plan supports only two-step automations (Kommo + one app).
  • Multi-step workflows (e.g., Kommo → Google Sheets → Typeform) require a paid plan.
  • The number of available integrations depends on your Pluga subscription. See Pluga’s pricing page for details.

What is the Pluga integration and its benefits?

Pluga is an automation platform that connects Kommo with 100+ popular apps like Trello, HubSpot, Airtable, and Asana – no coding required. It helps you cut down manual work, sync data across tools, and keep your team in sync.

Here are a few ways you can use the Kommo + Pluga integration:

  • Keep sales and marketing aligned by linking HubSpot with Kommo. When a new contact is created or updated in HubSpot, the info flows into Kommo instantly so your team can follow up.
  • Automate your pipeline management with Pipedrive. Deals and contacts stay aligned in both systems—no double data entry.
  • Organize customer data more effectively with Airtable. Sync leads and interactions from Kommo to Airtable for flexible, custom data views.
  • Coordinate projects with your sales process through Asana. When a deal reaches a stage in Kommo, automatically trigger tasks or milestones in Asana.

How to connect to Pluga?

  1. Visit Pluga’s website and register.
  2. Next, Pluga will guide you through your first automation setup. Select Kommo from the list.

  1. Choose another app you would like to connect with Kommo via Pluga.

Note: You don’t need to connect the other app in advance – you can do it as part of this process.

  1. Click Connect and Continue and follow Pluga’s setup guide.

Setting up an automation

  1. Click Create Automation.

  1. Name your automation and click Confirm.

  1. From the Select App dropdown and choose Kommo.

  1. Specify a trigger like Lead reached a stage. This means your automation will activate when a lead reaches the specified stage in Kommo.

  1. Click Continue and connect your Kommo account. (This step is required only once. Afterward, your Kommo account will remain connected.)

Note: You can link multiple Kommo accounts to the same Pluga account and rename each for easy organization.

  1. Select the pipeline and stage that will trigger the automation.

Specify if a lead should be captured again if it’s moved to another stage and then back to the selected stage.

  1. Click Continue.
  2. With Pluga’s filter feature, you can set criteria using Kommo values like lead score, creation date, UTM parameters, and more to trigger your automation.

  1. Choose an action — what happens when the automation is triggered. Actions can include creating a Trello card, sending a follow-up email, adding a row to Google Sheets, and more.

How to connect Google Sheets with Kommo via Pluga

Integrating Kommo with Google Sheets via Pluga lets you automatically log lead data in a spreadsheet when a lead reaches a stage in Kommo. This keeps records organized, updates data in real time, and eliminates manual entry.

To connect the integration and set up the automation, follow these steps:

  1. In Pluga, select the app and specify the action the automation should perform.

  1. Connect your Google account if needed (or select an already linked account in Pluga).

  1. Choose the sheet where new rows will be added.

  1. Set up data mapping by naming columns and selecting which lead data fills each cell. You can connect multiple apps, so your spreadsheet is filled with data from Kommo and other sources.

  1. Click Finish Automation to activate. Now, when leads reach the selected stage in Kommo, the automation will send data to your chosen app.

How to connect Trello with Kommo via Pluga

Integrating Kommo with Trello via Pluga lets you automatically create Trello cards when a lead reaches a stage in Kommo. This streamlines task management, reduces manual work, and keeps sales and operations teams aligned for better productivity.

To connect the integration and set up the automation, follow these steps:

  1. Click Create automation and give it a name.

  1. Select Trello as the source app and choose the trigger event.

  1. Connect your Trello account.

  1. Connect a board and list (optional) for the automation.

  1. Choose Kommo as the destination app and select Create or update lead.

How to connect Google Forms with Kommo via Pluga

Connect Kommo to Google Forms to automatically create cards from each submission. Responses turn into lead data instantly, saving manual work, keeping info updated in real time, and ensuring your sales team never misses an opportunity.

To connect the integration and set up the automation, follow these steps:

  1. Click Create automation and give it a name.

  1. Select Google Forms as the source app and choose the trigger event.

  1. Connect your Google Forms account (once only).

  1. In a Google Form, click the Responses tab, then click Link to Sheets, and create a new spreadsheet.

Note: Don’t delete rows from this sheet after activation.

  1. Select the spreadsheet and sheet tab in Pluga, then click Save and continue.

  1. Add filters if needed, then click Save and continue.

  1. Choose Kommo as the destination app and select Create or update lead.

  1. To complete the setup, just follow the same steps described in the How to connect Google Sheets with Kommo via Pluga section of this article.
