How to use Master Metrics

February 6, 2026
  • Available on all Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial).
  • A Master Metrics account (free trial available).
  • Admin role in Kommo to authorize the first connection.

Keep in mind:

  • The integration allows one-way data sync, meaning you can’t edit or delete Kommo data from within Master Metrics.
  • Sync frequency depends on your Master Metrics plan — free plans refresh once per day, while paid plans update multiple times a day.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to use Master Metrics: build and explore dashboards, add widgets, create custom metrics, and work with other key features.

How to use Master Metrics?

Create a dashboard

  1. Open the left menu and select Dashboards.

  1. Click + Add dashboard.

  1. You’ll see three options: Create a blank dashboard, Start from a template and Clone an existing dashboard.
  2. Select Create a blank dashboard.

That’s it! Your dashboard is ready to go.

Important: Once created, you can manage your dashboard by clicking the three dots next to Untitled. There, you can rename, refresh, duplicate, share, set preferences, or delete it.

Create a widget

Once you’ve created a dashboard, you can start adding widgets:

  1. On the right, click Add widget.

  1. You’ll see two options: Choose prebuilt widget or Choose widget from scratch.

  1. Click Choose widget from scratch to open the widget type list.

From here, choose the type of widget you want to add.
