An active Kommo account (or a 14-day trial). A Google account. Permission to edit the Google Sheet you’ll connect.
Avoid changing column names after setup – it may break the integration. The import process stops at the first empty row in the sheet, so data from rows below it will not be imported. Only one sheet can be connected per integration.

Turn form submissions into leads – If you collect contact details through a Google Form, the linked sheet can push those responses into Kommo as new leads, letting your team act on them right away.

Manage prospect lists from marketing campaigns – When running email or ad campaigns, you can log interested contacts in a shared Google Sheet. The integration will create a lead in Kommo for every new row added, so your sales team can start follow-ups instantly. -
Sync partner or reseller referrals – If external partners or resellers submit leads through a shared sheet, Kommo can automatically pull those entries into your pipeline without needing manual input. -
Collect offline leads – At events or trade shows, your team can add leads to a shared sheet. As long as the integration is active, those leads will appear in Kommo and can be distributed or qualified right away.
