Google Calendar overview

January 30, 2026

What you’ll need:

  • Available on all Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial)
  • A Google account.

Keep in mind:

  • With a free Google account, you can create one Appointment Schedule page on your main calendar only. If you select a calendar other than the main one, the booking sync will not work.
  • You need a Google Workspace paid account to create more than one Appointment Schedule page.
  • Events, tasks and appointments that have been created before connecting the integration will not be synchronized.
  • Synced events, tasks and appointments will only be visible to the selected Kommo user in the integration settings.

The Google Calendar integration in Kommo bridges your Google Calendar account with your Kommo workspace, letting you create and sync events, tasks and appointments directly in the CRM, giving your team full visibility of events created on both platforms.

Use cases

  • Sync events and tasks automatically – Events created in Google Calendar appear in Kommo, and events created in Kommo appear in Google Calendar. Any changes you make are synced both ways.
  • Turn appointments into pipeline items – Let clients book meetings using Google Calendar’s Schedule Appointment feature. Bookings show up as leads in your pipeline and as events in your Kommo calendar.
  • Track events and follow-ups in one calendar – Keep events, tasks, and appointments organized in one place – no need to switch between tools.
  • Automate appointment booking with AI – Use Kommo’s AI agent to send clients a Google Calendar booking link, so they can choose a time that works for them. Learn more about the AI agent in this article.

Main features

Event and task syncing

All events, tasks, and appointments sync automatically between Google Calendar and Kommo.

Any changes – like rescheduling or deleting an event – are updated in both calendars.

Appointment schedule

Create a booking page using Google Calendar’s appointment schedule and share it with clients.

They can view your available hours and choose a date and time that works for them.

You can:

  • Set available time slots
  • Choose what information clients need to provide when booking

When a client books a time slot:

  • A new lead is created in the Incoming Leads stage of your main pipeline
  • An event is added to your Kommo calendar
