Connect Google Calendar to Kommo

January 30, 2026

What you’ll need:

  • Available on all Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial)
  • A Google account.

Keep in mind:

With a free Google account, you can create one Appointment schedule page on your main calendar only. If you select a calendar other than the main one, the booking sync will not work.

You need a Google Workspace paid account to create more than one Appointment schedule page.

Events, tasks and appointments that have been created before connecting the integration will not be synchronized.

Synced events, tasks and appointments will only be visible to the selected Kommo user in the integration settings.

Connecting Google Calendar to Kommo lets you maintain all your events, tasks and appointments from Kommo and Google Calendar synced.

Connect Google Calendar to Kommo

  1. Go to Settings Integration marketplace → search for Google Calendar. Click Install.

  1. Click Continue with Google.

  1. Select the Google Calendar account you want to connect → click Continue.
  2. Once connected, you’ll see your Kommo user and Google Calendar. You can then select the Kommo user that events and tasks will be synced to.

Note: Synced events and tasks are only visible to the selected Kommo user.

  1. Click Save.

Now events, tasks and appointments will be synced between your Google and Kommo calendars.

Enable the date and time field

You can also enable saving the date and time of lead appointments in their card when they use the Appointment schedule feature. To do that:

  1. In the widget, select the field where the date and time of the appointments will be saved.

  1. If you want to create a new custom field for date and time appointments, click Add a new custom field.

  1. Insert the new custom field name and click Save. You can make the name match the context for the calendar, for example: Salon X’s appointment.

  1. Click Save.

The date and time selected on your Appointment schedule page appear in the lead card.

Verify the connection

Let’s check if syncing works by testing Google Calendar.

Verifying events & tasks

  1. Go to Google Calendar → click Create.
  2. Create an event or task.

  1. Go to Kommo Tasks. If syncing is working, the event or task you created in Google Calendar will also appear in Kommo. Events are shown in the Kommo calendar, and tasks are created automatically.

Syncing works both ways. Events and tasks created in Kommo are also created in Google Calendar.

Verifying schedule appointments

Go to Google Calendar → click Create.

Create a schedule appointment.

To see a step-by-step guide on how to create a schedule appointment, check out this article.

  1. Go to the Booking pages section, click on your schedule → click Preview.

  1. Select a timeslot and book a test appointment (as if you were a lead).

  1. Go to Kommo Tasks. If syncing works, the appointment you booked will appear in Kommo as a task. The booking will also show up in the Incoming leads stage in your pipeline.

If the sync fails:

  • Check the integration settings and make sure your Google Calendar is mapped to the correct Kommo user.
  • Keep in mind that tasks, events, or appointments created before the integration was connected WILL NOT sync. Create a new event or task to test the connection.
  • Make sure you granted all required permissions during the connection process.
  • Try disconnecting the integration by clicking Log out, then connect it again.
