Requirements:

  • Available in Base, Advanced, and Enterprise plans or an active 14-day trial.

  • Copilot works in any language but is optimized for English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Turkish, and Russian.
  • Usage limits apply. If you use up all AI requests, you can ask Kommo support to reset your limits.

What is Kommo Copilot?

Kommo Copilot is an AI-powered assistant built into your Kommo account. It helps streamline lead management and automate routine tasks by working with the information already available in your account.

Copilot includes two main features:

AI Knowledge

This feature provides contextual answers to your questions by using:

  • Information from the lead card
  • The Kommo knowledge base
  • External sources when necessary

You can ask Copilot questions like:

“What did this lead say about pricing?”

And it will return a relevant summary based on available data.

Data Enrichment

Copilot reviews lead-related content—such as chats, tasks, and notes—to identify and suggest missing information for lead card fields (e.g., name, email, phone number).

Example:

If a lead shares their phone number in a chat, and it’s missing from the lead card, Copilot will suggest adding it. You can confirm the suggestion, and Copilot will automatically update the field.

You can also guide Copilot on what to update. For example:

“Only fill in the name”

Copilot will apply only the changes you specify.

Use cases

  1. Answering Kommo questions: Copilot searches the knowledge base and returns answers with article links.
  2. General questions: For non-Kommo queries, Copilot pulls info from open sources with citations.
  3. Filling in missing lead info: Copilot scans chats, tasks, and notes to suggest missing lead details, then fills them in once confirmed.
  4. Handling missing content in the knowledge base: If there is no relevant article available, Copilot will notify you. It will also suggest that you contact support. You will receive a link to start a chat and share the Copilot thread with the support representative for assistance:

How to work with Kommo Copilot

Kommo Copilot is accessible through the icon on the right side of the screen. Click it to open or close Copilot:

Once opened, you can start using Copilot features:

Chat with Kommo Copilot

Once you open the Copilot, you can start chatting with the AI. Each chat will be automatically saved for your later use:

Note: Each Copilot response can be rated with a Like or Dislike to help improve future interactions.

Clicking the chat title opens a list of all your previous conversations. You can select any chat and continue the previous conversation. You can also click Back in order to return to the previous chat:

Note: Make sure your queries are clear, avoid using ambiguous wording when chatting with the Copilot. This way, Copilot will provide a more precise answer.

Summarize data and complete fields with Kommo Copilot

To launch the data enrichment feature, go to Leads or Chats and open a lead card that you want to work with. Open Copilot by clicking the Copilot icon on the right side of the screen:

Copilot will provide you with two prompts designed to assist you in your work:

  1. Clicking Lead summary automatically generates a short summary of the lead’s history, including:
  • The client’s initial need
  • Actions taken by managers (meetings, demos, etc.)
  • Agreements reached
  • Overdue tasks and reminders

Example: A Telegram lead is interested in corporate training for 50 employees. Manager Maria handled the demo and agreed on a $5,000 fee. A test account is set up, and the contract is in progress, but payment and feedback tasks are overdue. The client recently asked about technical courses and certificates and is waiting for a reply.

  1. Clicking Field suggestions makes the Copilot analyze all open conversations (the last 250 messages) with the lead and suggest values for empty lead, contact and company fields like email, phone number, or job title.

Note: Always verify the accuracy of suggested values before confirming. To fill out the suggested fields, simply text “Yes” to the Copilot.

Example: If a client mentions their email in chat but it is missing from the card, Copilot will suggest adding it. Once confirmed, the field will be filled automatically.

How to disable Kommo Copilot

By default, the Copilot feature is enabled. To disable it, go to Settings → Kommo AI and turn off the Kommo Copilot toggle.
