Broadcasting overview
Available in Advanced and Enterprise plans or an active 14-day trial.
Only administrators can send broadcasts. Broadcast character limits depend on the channel you’re using, for example:
A maximum of 3 buttons can be included in each broadcast.
What is broadcasting?

Choose the type of broadcast: You can either use Salesbot or create a custom broadcast. -
Select recipients: Choose which contacts will receive the message. You can filter contacts by tags, stages, or other criteria. -
Select channels: Decide which messaging channels to use (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Instagram). You can send through one or several. -
Use a template or write a new message: Either select an existing message template or write a new one for this broadcast:

Schedule or send: Send the message immediately or schedule it for later. -
Track delivery: After sending, you can monitor how the message performs.

Share offers or promotions: Notify contacts about discounts, sales, or limited-time deals, for example:

Send business updates: Inform customers about changes to your services, working hours, or product availability. -
Stay in touch with your audience: Send greetings, event information, or general announcements. -
Send reminders: Follow up on appointments, upcoming events, or payment deadlines. -
Request feedback or reviews: Ask customers for their thoughts after a purchase or service. -
Provide onboarding info: Send welcome messages or basic instructions to new contacts.
