Automate appointments with the AI agent

What you’ll need:

  • To automate appointment scheduling with the AI agent, you need an active AI agent package. It is available with an active 14-day trial, and as a paid add-on on Base, Advanced, Pro, and Enterprise plans (after the trial). Learn more about the AI agent packages and how to purchase them.

Keep in mind:

  • The AI agent only replies to incoming messages and can’t start conversations.
  • Only one AI Agent can be active per workspace. Saving a new agent will overwrite the existing one.
  • To use the AI agent, you need to connect at least one channel to your Kommo account.
  • The AI agent supports all languages but works best with Kommo's system languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Indonesian, and Russian.

In Kommo, you can automate appointment booking with the AI agent. This helps to reduce manual work and ensures every inquiry is answered right away.

How the AI agent assists clients with booking appointments

When a client reaches out to book an appointment, the AI agent manages the whole process. It guides the client in selecting an appointment, checks your availability, offers open time slots, and automatically creates the appointment in your Kommo calendar once confirmed.

Set up appointment automation with the AI agent

  1. Go to AI Agent and open the Actions tab. Click + Add action.

  1. Set up the WHEN condition by clicking purchase:

Next, enter your preferred keyword (for example, book). Click Create value.

To add more conditions, click the + icon.

If you want to use another statement, click Client wants to → Select an option from a dropdown.

Click purchase → Enter another keyword. Click Create value or press enter.

Select when you want the action to be triggered in the Trigger action when field.

Note: You can add up to 5 WHEN conditions.

  1. Set up the DO setting by clicking Transfer to user and selecting Make an appointment from Kommo calendar.

Select the appointment type from the dropdown list.

  1. Set up the MORE condition (optional) by clicking the More field and writing a short description.

  1. Click Save action.

  1. Click Turn on AI agent in the upper-right corner to activate the AI agent.
