This article explains how to purchase an AI agent package in Kommo, how payments and renewals work, and how to manage recurring or installment payments.

Payment methods for AI agent packages
When purchasing an AI agent package, the following payment options and renewal rules apply:
Using recurring payments
Recurring payments are automatic payments made using your saved payment method. They are used to renew paid items in Kommo, including AI agent packages.
Recurring payments are enabled after a successful payment for any order that includes a subscription-related action, such as:
- Buying a new subscription
- Renewing a subscription
- Upgrading a plan
- Adding extra users
Note: At the end of each usage period, the AI agent package renews unless recurring payments are turned off. Turning off recurring payments stops automatic charges for both subscriptions and AI agent packages.
Buying only an AI agent package
You can also buy an AI agent package on its own, without changing your subscription.
What happens next depends on whether recurring payments are already enabled in your account:

If recurring payments are enabled, the payment uses the saved card and automatic renewals continue.

If recurring payments are not enabled, buying only an AI agent package does not turn on recurring payments.
The subscription auto-renewal email also includes information about the AI agent package.
Paying in installments
Instead of paying the full amount at once, you can choose to pay for an AI agent package in installments.

Installments are available only through Ebury
- A commission applies when choosing 7 or more installments
- There is no limit on the number of installment purchases per account
- Installments can also be used for subscription renewals
- The same number of installments applies to both subscriptions and AI agent packages
These installment rules apply whether the payment is one-time or renewed automatically.
How to purchase an AI agent package
To buy an AI agent package, follow these steps:

Go to Settings → Billing in your Kommo account.
Note: If you’re on the Shopify plan, you won’t see the Billing section in Kommo.

Select the following if your account is on a trial:

A subscription plan (1)
-
Number of seats (2)
-
Subscription period (3)
-
An AI agent package (4)
If your account is on a paid plan, select only an AI agent package (4).

Review the selected subscription and AI agent package details, then click Checkout.
- A modal window opens with the order summary. The next step depends on whether recurring payments are enabled in your account.
a. If recurring payments aren’t enabled, fill in the required fields and click Continue with Ebury.
Then complete your payment in Ebury. For payment-related questions, check Ebury’s Help Center.
b. If recurring payments are enabled, complete the required fields and click Pay with card to complete the payment.
- After a successful payment:
a. For non-recurring payments, the page reloads and shows a Payment successful! message.
b. For recurring payments, a confirmation window appears. Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
After you confirm, a Success! message appears.

In the Billing section, you can check Plan details and Order history to confirm the payment status.
Note: If you request an invoice, a PDF invoice appears on the right side. If no invoice is requested, you’ll see the message Contact support for invoice.
After a successful payment, recurring payments are automatically enabled only if the order includes a subscription-related action (for example, a new subscription, subscription renewal, plan upgrade, or adding users).
