Account settings FAQs

In case you are not able to login with your account details use the ‘Forgot?’ button.

If you are still experiencing issues with logging in you can contact us at support@kommo.com.

We will be able to manually reset your password and help you regain access to your account.

In case one of the users cannot login, the administrator of the account can easily change their password by going to Settings > Users, click on the user and fill out new password data.

You can request to have your account deleted in the Support chat of your Kommo account, or alternatively write an email to support@kommo.com.

Before making such a request please make sure that you have saved/exported all of the data you need out of the account. Once the account has been deleted all of the data will be lost.

This means that the user is already present in the account and can be found in the list of inactive users.

In Settings > Users, go to Search and filter, click on Inactive users and there you can easily reactivate the user.

To change the account language click on the profile picture in the top left corner, then click on profile.

Select the language you want to use and press save. Kommo currently is available in English, Indonesian, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.

To change your password click on the profile picture in the top left corner, then click on profile. In the Password field, type the new password you want to use. Click Save and the old password will be changed.

If your subscription is valid but you are not able to add new leads, this probably means you have exceeded the number of leads or contacts you have available with your plan + number of users or have more active users enabled than you have purchased in the subscription. In order to solve this, either delete some leads and contacts or add/disable users in the subscription.
