Connect Whatsapp🔌

Whatsapp is a built-in integration designed by the Kommo team in partnership with Gupshup, that can make your WhatsApp experience even smoother. Just create or sign into your Kommo account, and head to Settings > Integrations > Whatsapp via Gupshup.

To begin, create a Gupshup account and sign up. Then, in the Gupshup dashboard, choose "Create your first app" and select the type of app you want. Provide a name for your WhatsApp messaging app, submit it, and go to the dashboard.

Read and complete the verification checklist. Once your app is live, copy the API key from your Gupshup Account Dashboard. In Kommo, find the integration settings and paste the API key there.
