Go to Kommo’s Marketplace, search for Telegram from Whatcrm, select it, accept the terms, and click Install. Enter your phone number and hit Save.
- Access the app through the Kommo menu or settings.

Click Create Connection, then open Telegram on your phone to scan the QR code or log in with your number.

Choose a pipeline/deal stage (or keep the default), set request distribution (even or random), and enable group work if needed. Click Save.
Done! Telegram is now connected to Kommo!
