To connect Viber, Telegram & WhatsApp via E-chat, follow these steps:
- In Kommo, go to Settings > Integrations, then search for Viber & Telegram & WA via E-chat.
- Click Install to enable the integration.
- In your E-chat personal cabinet, scan the QR code to connect your number and get your API key.
- Back in Kommo, enter the connected phone number and API key.
- Click Save to complete the setup.
