The Calendly integration adds new features in your account:
- Adds Calendly as a lead source.
- A lead is created for new contacts when they schedule a meeting.
- If the lead exists, a meeting task is created in the card.
- Calendly automation in the Digital Pipeline (Advanced plan)
- Data synced in the Kommo Calendar.

Get more out of both platforms by connecting Kommo and Calendly. All of your Calendly meetings will be registered in Kommo and a task will be created. Add meeting outcomes in the lead card and never lose important info. You can even add notes as the meeting is ongoing. 🧐
Every time someone new schedules a meeting with you, Kommo will create a new lead card. To enable this, just add Calendly as a lead source in the pipeline. This way you will never lose a new lead. If the contact already exists, a meeting task will be created in the lead card and you will get a notification that a meeting has been scheduled. The integration lets you add meetings to lead cards, for a complete overview of all lead events. Check out the card before a meeting and add any outcomes after it finishes. If your subscription plan is at least (Advanced), you can add a Calendly automation in the Digital Pipeline. Use it to create and send out unique Calendly links, once the contact schedules a meeting using the link the lead can move automatically to the next stage.
The Calendly integration is built-in and designed by the Kommo team. To install it go to Settings > Integrations, click on Install and add the API key from your Calendly account.
